Eight pax arrived in the Gloom @ Badlands, spliting into 6 and 2: 6 for a knee-pounding, 5-mile run including 2X forward and back over the Intercoastal 210 bridge.
Deuce and Seinfeld stayed put to ask through a 15-15-15 Broga session: Who are we when we aren’t running all the time? We all start out strong in the AM…what about Noon? Evening? Do we have anything left in the tank for our families? Can we keep apply the same level of diligence, focus and awareness of our impact in the evening that we start with in the morning?
