WARMUP: SSH, Reacher, Michael Phelps, Peter Parker Stretch, Calf Stretch.. Stretch OYO
MOSEY- Trail to Coastal Oaks & back- covered about 2.5 miles stopping along the way.
Run- Upper Body (10 Merkins, Air Pullups, Supermans)
Run- Core (10 Big Boys, Flutters, Hello Dollies)
Run- Lower Body (10 Squats, Lunges, Calf Raises)
Rinse & Repeat.. Continue to I9 Fields and back to Flag Pole
