Meet at Beach Access, jog as a group south to a spot away from people.
Circle up and warmup:
SSH, Michael Phelps, Reacher, Peter Parker stretch, Limp member
As a group- Soft sand runs Down to the surf & then run back… 10s & soft sand & surf.
Merkins (varied types)
Flutterkicks or other core
Swimmers or other upper body
Squat or other leg exercise
Rinse and repeat 10 times.
Run up to the top of the beach— soft sand.
Split group into 4
Cardboard cards— 10s. 10 reps— do them right. Workouts included 8 ct body builders, merkins, flutters, big boys, smurf jacks, swimmers, air pullups
1 group runs to the surf’s edge, does 5 burpees, runs back while the group up top is doing 10s.
Rinse and repeat through multiple cards.
Up and back from the beach different ways with exercises up top.
Finish with ultimate football.
