F3 – 8/12/20 – Back to School w/ Purpose
School is starting back and the end of summer is near. Post-summer often gets us back into our routines. Embrace it because we need purposeful routines, especially during these crazy times.
-Run Lap (catch the bus!)
Mosey to the last field with 3 “detention” burpees at light poles.
6 classroom levels (cones)
-Bear crawl in between each station
Elementary School (Classroom 1)
-10 flutter kicks (each leg)
Middle School (Classroom 2)
-10 big boy sit-ups
-20 monkey humpers
High School (Classroom 3)
-20 plank jacks
-30 Bobby Hurley’s
College (Classroom 4)
-10 wide merkins
-20 mountain climbers
-30 hello dollies
Masters (Classroom 5)
-10 diamond merkins
-20 high knees
-30 alternating shoulder taps
Doctorate (Classroom 6)
Rinse and repeat.
Mosey (and some sprints) back to flagpole.
Message: For a lot of us, we haven’t had a routine in 5 months. Now, school is starting back, sports, activities, and more. We crave consistency at home, at work, everywhere. A solid daily routine sets us up for success. Lead the way and stick with your purposeful routine.
