Theme: New beginnings. Success comes one step at a time. 

Warmup: SSH, merkin, M Phelps, merkin, Reacher, merkin, Hillbilly

Mosey to 2nd parking lot. Climb the mountain.

Start at the bottom:

5 burpees, 5 big boys, 5 slow deep squats.

Airchair for 6.

Sprint to 2nd island:

10 burpees, 10 big boys, 10 deep slow squats.

Back to 1st island:

5 burpees, 5 big boys, 5 slow deep squats.

Airchair for 6.  10 count.

Start at bottom:

5 flutterkicks, 5 merkins, 5 supermans.

Sprint to 2nd Island:

10 flutters, 10 merkins, 10 supermans.

Back to 1st island:

5 flutters, 5 merkins, 5 supermans.

Sprint to 3rd island:

15 flutters, 15 merkins, 15 supermans.

Back to 1st island:

5 flutters, 5 merkins, 5 supermans. 10 count.

Start at 1st island:

5 dollies, 5 air pullups, 5 lunges.

Sprint to 3rd island:

15 dolllies, 15 air pullups, 15 lunges.

Back to 1st island:

5 dollies, 5 air pullups, 5 lunges. 10 count.

Start at 1st island:

5 diamonds, 5 heels to heaven, 5 slow deep squats.

Sprint to 2nd island:

10 diamonds, 10 heels to heaven, 10 slow deep squats.

If time- core workout.

Flutters, lbc, big boys, supermans, air pullu ps, heels to heaven, dollies, angles. Finish with guantanomos.
