The Thang: 6 stations (Clock-face: Thank you Xenu): 50 AirSquats (-5 each round), 40 BBSU (-4 each round), 30 Merkins (-3 each round), 20 Iron Mikes (-2 each round), 10 Burpees (-1 each round), 5 Pull-ups each round.
After Iron Mikes – Run to field and Thruster, lunge or carry Atlas stone SOUTH across the line the proceed to next station.
After Pull-ups – Run to field and Thruster, lunge or carry Atlas stone NORTH across the line the proceed to next station.
Most groups stayed together with some modifications as necessary; No one was crushed under a flying Atlas Stone.
All groups made at least 3 laps around the circuit.
