7 Pax met on this gloomy Tuesday morning at Thunderdome in advance of the IPC Week 1 challenge.

Mosey from the flag to the opposite endzone on the turf field.

The Thang
Starting at the goal line:
bear crawl to 10 yd line + 10 burpees
bear crawl to 20 yd line + 9 burpees
bear crawl to 30 yd line + 8 burpees
bear crawl to 40 yd line + 7 burpees
bear crawl to 50 yd line + 6 burpees

50 ct alternating shoulder taps
Plank until 6 is in

bear crawl to 40 yd line + 6 carolina drydocks
bear crawl to 30 yd line + 7 carolina drydocks
bear crawl to 20 yd line + 8 carolina drydocks
bear crawl to 10 yd line + 9 carolina drydocks
bear crawl to end zone + 10 carolina drydocks

50 ct alternating shoulder taps
Plank until 6 is in

After quick 10 count, the Pax lined up on the goal line for a little endurance test.

Merkins, Mountain Climbers & Sumo Squats (starting with 20 reps for each exercise)
After the last Sumo Squat rep, run to the 20yd line and back

Rinse and repeat as the Pax did these same exercises in descending order (20 reps, 19 reps, 18 reps, 17 reps, etc.) until we finished the final set of 1 rep each.

Moseyed back to the flag for quick flutterkicks (4 ct – 40 reps) until we ran out of time.

YHC discussed the IPC challenge and the need to push ourselves this month to not give up, but to fight through the pain to finish each challenge. We finished out in prayer and the pledge of allegiance.
