Three pax were in attendance for Tuesday morning’s beatdown at Asgard. Weather was a little humid from the rain the day before with the ground being damp. With that in mind, most of the beatdown took place on good ol’ asphalt.

Beginning at Thunderbolt Park, the pax performed 10 burpees then started our run through the property and parking lot of the church that leads out to 17/Roosevelt. During that stretch, we encounter parking lot lights spaced about 40 yards apart- perfect time to start getting some work done! Lunge walks from first light to 2nd light, followed by a jog to the 3rd. Performed 30 merkins at 3rd light then jogged to the last light and did 30 squats. this brought us to 17/roosevelt, where we ran on the Black Creek trail to East/West parkway. there we stopped and did 30 Big Boi sit ups. We then ran to Town Center Blvd and did a set of Plyos- 15 Bobby Hurleys, 20 Bonnie Blairs, 25 jump knee tucks. We then jogged up Ztown Center blvd to a low slung business sign, perfect for wall sits. 1 minute x 2 sets. We then jogged to the veteran memorial wall and knelt to give a moment of silence to hero our fallen heroes. As a salute to them, the pax did 10 burpees. once we made it back to the Library (right next to Thunderbolt Park), the pax ran through most of the exercises on our excursion. These included 20 lunges each leg, 30 merkins, 30 squats, and 30 Big Boi’s.
Finished off the beatdown with ab/core work: 30 American Hammers, 30 LBCs, 15 Heels to heaven, 20 flutter kicks.
