3 HIM of Fleming Island posted in the gloom for this beatdown.  YHC had a prepared a beatdown for this October breakdown; however, after reading about the tragic events that resulted in an F3 brother’s death, he felt compelled to go in a different direction.   Jacob Hancher, better known in the gloom by his F3 brothers of Grand Strand as Hightower, served his community as a police officer in Myrtle Beach, SC.  Hightower was shot and killed while responding to a domestic violence call, this past Saturday night.  YHC wanted to honor Hightower and all the first responders who put their lives on the line every day for the protection of their community.

  • E– Elbow-to-Knee x 200 (run every 50)

COT/BOM

YHC never met Hightower, but felt the need to recognize this HIM for the sacrifice he made.  First responders risk their lives every day and YHC feels they need should be respected.  YHC feels there are too many out there that lack respect for authority these days.  One way we can make a difference is to educate our 2.0s on respecting those in authority.  If they are wrong, go through proper channels to get your point across, but always demonstrate respect.  But violence and disrespect often begets more violence.
