YHC had Q this morning and once again refined the “Travelling Dora” concept. Not much mumblechatter today. Maybe because everyone was running?
The Warm up:
Some exercises like….SSH, Reachers, Hillbilly’s, Prisoner squats, Rocky Balboas and Up/Down planks.
Mosey to the field and line up at the lamppost. A leisurely run to cone planted in the middle of the field by the aforementioned Q. Run back. Pax were then instructed to count how many steps it took to get from point A to point B. Remember your number….. Lot’s of mumble chatter about “Count each leg?” and what not. Geez……
Partner up and mosey to the parking lot for the MAIN THANG…..
The following is a traveling Dora where Partner 1 runs the number of steps they ran on the field whilst Partner A completes the exercise. Once Partner 1 runs back, BOTH PAX runs the aforementioned steps and then Flapjacks the exercise. The result, the PAX traversed the perimeter of the AO, from the library to the basketball court until the exercises were completed.
The exercises: 100 Merkins, 200 squats, 300 V ups.
The Second Thang:
We still had time so YHC decided to expound on the Dora theme, so to the Pavilion we went.
75 Something else’s (what the hell did we do?)
100 Heisenberg Step ups. 1:1 for Pete’s Sake.
Still had time so mosey to the flag and finish with Circle Burpees.
YHC said some stuff, others added, we prayed and said the pledge.
