20 Cindy curls – crab crawl 20 yards – 20 hand release merkins – crab crawl 20 yards – 20 scissor kicks – bear crawl 40 yards back – repeat 3X

Pull-ups to failure – 10 World War I sit-up – repeat 3X

400 meter run and to the flag.
