Run one lap
1 burpee, run to the 10 yard line – 10 merkins return to start
2 burpees, 10 merkins, run to the 20 yard line – 20 American hammers – return to start
3 burpees, 10 merkins, 20 American hammers, run to the 30 yard line – 30, 4ct flutter kicks – return to start
4 burpees, 10 merkins, 20 American hammers, 30, 4ct flutter kicks, run to the 40 should taps – return to start
5 burpees, 10 merkins, 20 American hammers, 30, 4ct flutter kicks, 40 shoulder taps, run to the 50 – 50 LBC’s, return to the start
run 2 laps around the field – rinse and repeat by starting at the top and work you way down. Finish with one lap.
