13 Pax joined YHC despite the rainy, windy forecast and only felt a few rain drops but saw some decent lightning…

The Thang:

Mosey to the 1st parking lot

Jacob’s ladder: Start at far end of parking lot, run to 1st island do 1 burpee, back to end 2 burpees, until 10 burpees.

Circle up for core exercises:

Flutter kicks (25 IC), Box cutters (20 OYO), Hold a plank for 60 seconds, LBCs (25 IC),

Jacob’s ladder: Start at far end of parking lot, run to 2nd island do 2 squats, back to end 4 squats, until 20 squats.

Circle up for core exercises:

Hello dollies (25 IC), Big Boy Sit Ups (20 IC), Hold plank for 60 seconds, Superman (20 IC)

Jacob’s ladder: Start at far end of parking lot, run to 2nd island do 3 merkins (aka push-ups), back to end 6 merkins, until 30 merkins.

Mosey to bear crawl alley:

Toy soldier to 1st light post then skaters to the end; 20 derkins and 20 dips then return for COT

Message:

“If it is important to you, you will find a way. If not you’ll find an excuse.”  Don’t look for excuses to cut corners during the holiday season.  Make your health a priority.  No reason to miss a 5:30 workout.
