Dynamic warm up along the way.

Segment 1

Starting on the goal line:

5 Burpees – run to the 20 yard line and run back to the goal line.

10 Burpees – run to the 20 yard line and run back to the goal line.

15 Burpees – run to the 20 yard line and run back to the goal line.

20 Burpees – run to the 20 yard line and run back to the goal line.

20 Burpees – run to the 20 yard line and run back to the goal line.

15 Burpees – run to the 20 yard line and run back to the goal line.

10 Burpees – run to the 20 yard line and run back to the goal line.

5 Burpees – run to the 20 yard line and run back to the goal line.

Mosey around the field.

Segment 2

Repeat sequence above but do it with Squats.

Segment 3

Repeat sequence above but do it with Merkins.

Totals: 100 Burpees, 100 Squats and 100 Merkins.
