CONDITIONS: Ideal… just a bit below 50.  Surprisingly Dry at Chop Shop after the drenching Jacksonville took the day before.

WARM UP: SSH’s, Reacher’s, LBAC’s FWD (10 each)

THE THANG:

  • C-Block – Clean & Press * 25
  • C-Block – Deep Squat * 25
  • C-Block – Straight Leg Deadlift * 25
  • C-Block – Row * 25
  • Pull-Ups * 25
  • C-Block – Press * 25
  • C-Block – Curls * 25
  • Partner Up
    • Partner A – Farmer Carry 2 C-Blocks from Pullup Bars to Tables while
    • Partner B – Max Merkins while waiting
    • Switch
  • 400 Meter Run
  • Rinse and Repeat * 3 (was hoping for 4 but we were too slow… I’ll try to provide some encouragement for the pax to hustle a bit more next time!  Kidding of course)
