Christmas Eve Leg Blast at the Vet

It’s Christmas Eve.  Time to do some work before the big day and 8,000 calories.

Warm Up:

Short Mosey

Little Baby Arm Circles, IC, Each Way, x 15

Moroccan Night Clubs, IC x 15

Imperial Walkers, IC, x 10

Willy Mays Hayes, IC, x 10

Grass Grabbers, IC, x 10

 

The Thang:

Wilt Chamberlain which is:

100 LBCs – run 50 yards

100 Flutters Kicks – run back

100 Squats – run 50 yards

100 Lunges – run back

Intermission:

50 yard wind sprint then the Pax does Jump Squats finishing when the 6 does 15 Jump Squats, x 2

50 yard wind sprint then the Pax does Bonnie Blair finishing when the 6 does 15 Bonnie Blairs, x 2

 

Run it back with another Wilt Chamberlain.

 

Ended it with a few Mary exercises.

 

It was my first Q in Jacksonville.  Thank you for letting me lead.  Enjoy Christmas and the holidays.  Reflect back on your blessings.  Also think about how you can do more in 2021.  We can all do more and we can always improve.
