New beginning- grind..

SSH, 5 burpees, reacher, 4 burpees, Michael Phelps, 3 burpees, hill billy, 2 burpees, limp member.. mosey.. grab blocks & over to parking lot.

AMRAP- 8 minutes. 5 manmakers sprint to other end of parking lot 10 brickins/10 flutterkicks, Sprint to other end of parking lot.

AMRAP- 8 minutes. 10 overhead press with blocks- sprint to other end of parking lot- 10 hello dollies, 10 diamond merkins.

AMRAP- 8 minutes. 10 weighted squats- sprint to other end of parking lot- 10 wide merkins, 10 LBCs.

AMRAP- 4 minutes. 10 curls (grip the holes)- sprint to other side- 5 chest to ground burpees, 5 big boy situps.
