It was time for the good ole Fire Drill! PAX were unsure about this one, but once again the PAX embraced and had fun. PAX yells out “Fire”, then you drop, roll to your right, Merkin and then roll to your left Merkin and returning to a standing position, while chopping or High Knees.
A friendly Mosey down to Highway 17 back with the PAX keeping together. Back at the Circle, it was dealers choice and I’m all about a team effort, so each PAX called there own exercise. 7 different and very unique exercises were completed. Workout completed and COT time was commenced.
The theme today was about Fire, and how we all need a Fire in our lives to come in and burn off the old ways. This will allow for new growth, and I shared how joining F3 back in August has made me better and given me a drive to succeed in my overall well being. Fire is a good thing, if you embrace it and allow it to make you better.
