-Mosey over to concession stand for wall work, then to the baseball field bleachers for 20 decline merkins and 20 step-ups (two rounds), flutter kicks, hello dolly’s, bear crawls and lunges

-6 cones (stations) with an exercise on each 

-Split into small groups 

-Presidential trivia in honor of Presidents Day: correct answers = exercise as listed on cones; incorrect answers = double the number of exercises on the cones
