- 2 exercises each side: Side 1: goblet squats & merkins; Side 2: kettle swings & lbcs; carry the coupon between sides
Run to other side of lot:
- Stretch station: Downdog, calf stretches, cobra stretch, back stretches with one leg bent/twist, runners stretch, stand up to overhead stretch, arms out in front stretch
Run back to coupons for 8 minute core:
- 5 manmakers, 10 ground to airs run to 1st island do 10 merkins, 10 dollies, & 10 lbcs
Run to other side of lot:
- Stretch station: Peter Parker, quad stretch (1 leg up at a time), butterfly stretch, back stretches with one leg bent/twist, runners stretch, stand up to overhead stretch, arms out in front stretch
Bring the coupons back to circle:
