YHC has posted to Chop Shop a few times and decided it’s time to Q. So I logged in, checked it and signed up. Posted on Slack too. A few days later…I see Updraft signed up. I looked back at Signup genius and in my haste, I forgot to follow through signing up. Updraft let me have the Q. Thanks!

25 calf raises at pavilion, 25 monkey humpers at playground. Go back and forth, each time dropping 5.
but to go between pavilion and playground, each time lunge walk forward about 30 yds and lunge walk backwards 10 yds. This took quite a bit of time, so we stopped at 5 calf raises..total times to lunge…8 times.
5 dips at pavilion, 5 pullups at playground, go back and forth dropping 1 each time.
but to go between pavilion and playground, each time bear crawl about 30 yds and chinook walk 10 yds. the chinook walk really gets tough after the bear crawls total times back and forth…9 times.

This can be applied to many things..even exercising..choose that stretch goal. If you run 5 getting that 6th mile might be tough. You’re mind quits before you body does…once I cast some doubt that’s it…Don’t fartsack..post!
