First round of the Thang was a Dolly. Partner 1 does one burpee, one thruster, one kettle bell swing with coupon and two lunges. Continuing across field until partner 2 returns. Partner 2 runs to playground does 10 pull ups, 15 V-ups, and 20 squats. Runs to pavilion and does 10 dips, 15 derkins, and 20 flutter kicks. Rinse and repeat.
Break – run to stop sign, 20 merkins, run back and exercise at each street light, 20 tempo squats, 20 crunchy frogs, and 20 Carolina dry docks.
The thang round 2 Dolly same as before partner 1 does 1 curl, 1 squat with coupon and 2 block drags? Partner 2 does same as before but reduced by 5 reps. Rinse and almost repeated.
