Step ups derkins flutter kicks. 10/15/20
Tennis court. 1 min wall sit bear crawl to net crawl bear back wall sit. Lunge forward backward to net.
Mosey to field
Shuffle across 5 merkins back 10/to 20.
Same with flutter kicks
Finish with forward backward run and usain bolts 5/10/15/20
