Still working on perfecting the Q so I give it a theme to help inspire my plans. Today was all based on 7 minute groupings while listening to the Red Hot Chili Pipers (Bagpipe rock) and Saor Patrol (Celtic Trad Music). Thankfully nothing required a Cindy / coupon as they are exhausted from the last few outings.

7 minute workouts. Max effort
Workout 1. Run and Burpees
Run to opposite corner street light 10 burpees. Sprint back to start 9 burpees. Sprint to opposite corner. Etc until time was called at 7 minutes
Workout 2. Merkins and BBSU
10 Merkins run to the far corner of the short lap, then 10 BBSU, reducing by one rep each time until time was called at 7 minutes.
Mosey to shelter
Workout 3. Dips and pullups
10 pullups then 10 full dips. quick run around the play area. Repeato, reducing by 1 each round until time was called at 7 minutes.
Mosey Back to library
Bear crawl to flag pole, 10 calf raises, crab crawl back to overhang, 10 squats
Repeato, reducing by 1 each round until time was called at 7 minutes.
1 lap Flying Nuns to finish us out.
It was a great time and we were glad to have Wild Turkey join us for the first of many times.
