High paced warmup– SSH, Reacher, Hillbilly, Michael Phelps with some merkins and flutterkicks mixed in
Little mosey with some variations to get the blood flowing. Stop along the way for some merkins, shoulder work, core work, and some leg work.
Back to the circle– the blocks awaited.
8 minutes on the clock– 1 partner runs a couple laps around the parking lot. The other partner was doing 5 manmakers, 10 shoulder presses and 15 curls for the girls..
8 minutes back on the clock– 1 partner runs a couple laps around the parking lot. The other partner does 5 jump over the block burpees, 10 flutterkicks holding up the block, 15 upright rows. Sneaky hard rows from what I hear.
Put the blocks away and then some closeout abs and stretching.My watch said we burned over 550 calories and ran about 2 miles– good start to the week gents.
