The Struggle ladder
run to 10 yard line: 10 burpees
run to 20 yard line: 20 Merkins
run to 30 yard line : 30 LBCs
run to 40 yard line: 40 squats
Run to 50 yard line: 50 SSHs
then back down the ladder to the goal line
The Struggle Circle:
each pax was asked to pick an exercise that they ‘struggle” with. We then perfomed 10 reps of each exercise
2 50 yard sprints then mosey back to flag
