  1. Warm up
    1. Side Straddle Hop, Big arm circles forward / Backward, Michael Phelps, Broken Robot
  2. The Hills are Alive Again
    1. Run Forward over Hill then come back over hill backwards perform 7 Burpees, repeat decreasing burpee count by 1 each time until you are at 0 burpees.
  3. GO
    1. Elevator: Round 1 perform exercise then run 50 yards w/weights, round 2 perform exercise in round 1 + round 2 then run 50 years w/weights, repeat for 12 rounds or until time runs out (42 minutes).
