Warmup:

Little Baby Arm Circles  10 Forward 10 Backward in Cadence, Big Baby Arm Circles  10 Forward 10 Backward in Cadence, Micheal Phelps 10 in Cadence, Side Straddle Hops 10 in Cadence

The Thang:

Mosey down the parking lot about 200 yds

Round 1 (6 sets of 6 Burpees )

Run about 30 yds (to the 1st light pole)  6 Burpees

Repeat 5 more set  6 Burpees every 30 yds, After Set 3 Run to 30 more yds turn and run back 30 yds and Complete  3 more sets of 6 Burpees every 30 yds then run back to the Start.

Round 2 -6 ( same as above 6 sets of 6 reps each exercise  )

6 Merkins and 6 Jump Squats

Staggered Merkins 6 Left, 6 Right and 6 Bonnie Blair’s

Leg Raise Merkins 6 Left, 6 Right and 6 Star Jumps

Leg Raise Dry Docks (Scorpions) 6 Left, 6 Right and 6 Bobby Hurley’s

Moseyed to the Soccer Field for Round 6, Repeated 6 Merkins and 6 Jump Squats with Bear Crawls to each 18 Box.

Moseyed back to the Flag for 30 American Hammers and Circle of Trust.
