Part 1: Circuit
Circuit consists of 6 exercises that are each done once to create a round. 4 rounds total.
Time: 45 seconds of work / 15 seconds rest – move on to next exercise. (6 x 4 = 24 minutes total)
- Curls with cindy
- Weighted Turkish Gitups with 30lb weight
- Jumping staggered pushups
- Front squat to press with cindy
- V-ups (can modify to plank as necessary)
- Farmers Carry (can modify to mosey as necessary)
Weighted Turkish getups were definitely a crowd favorite.
Part 2: Quick Abs and Mental Toughness
Weighted American Hammers to Press with cindy in cadence. All PAX get in position holding cindy with feet off the ground. On Q’s call PAX rotate left, right, press overhead, then back to center. Did 10 reps total
This was also a crowd favorite
Part 3: Cardio
Pax line up on corner of end zone facing field. Run across field (goal line) side shuffle to 5 yard line, back pedal back across the field. Repeat until everyone reaches 50 yard line.
Message was about Purpose. Your goals have to be tied to something that matters to you and often that will affect other people in a positive manner. If your goals aren’t big enough and don’t matter enough to you, you will not take the necessary steps to achieve them. This applies to every area of life.
