Warmup:

  • Countorama
  • Side Straddle Hops
  • Big Arm Circles Forward
  • Big Arm Circles Backward
  • Michael Phelps
  • 30 seconds Quad Stretch on each leg
  • 1 minute stretch OYO

Part 1:

5 rounds of:

  • 20 V-ups
  • 20 Merkins
  • 20 Burpees (modify to squats as necessary)
  • Run 400 yards

Part 2: 5 minute abs

45 second rounds of:

  1. Side plank left
  2. Side plank right
  3. Elbow Plank
  4. Pickle Pounders
  5. Leg Lifts (6 inches)
  6. Box cutters

Closeout:

  • Countorama
  • Namrorama
  • Prayer
