Each Pax moseyed from shovel flag to turf field with their cindy.
This was a traveling circuit that serves as an AMSAP (As Many Stations As Possible).
It consists of 8 stations with 1 exercise assigned to each station- each 10 yards apart in a long straight line (approximately 80 yards in total)
Pax do 25 reps of that station’s exercise with cindy and lunge to the next station. Then immediately start the next exercise and so on. Once a Pax complete all 8 stations, he walks with cindy back to station 1 and begins again.

- Oblique bend (standing, hold cindy with 1 hand at your side. “Lean” towards and away from the cindy so that it moves up and down; repeat for both sides)

Goal is to see how many stations you can get through in the allotted time. Many commented that this could be made into a fun challenge.
