Welcome to F3

Home of Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith where our mission is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.

The theme of the day is the battles we fight.

I know I constantly feel like I have a battle on my hands. We tend to take on lots of things, and sometimes that is good.

God gave us broad shoulders and strong backs for a reason. But are we picking the right battles? What is worth fighting for?

I know the battles I fight often are the ones that I actually don’t care about winning. Meaningless arguments, competitions that make no difference, fantasy sports, and so on.

But what about the real battles – raising our kids to succeed, loving our spouse unconditionally, how are we fighting those battles? The world does not want us to win those. Satan does not want us to win those battles.

Question to ponder now is, what are doing to win the battles that mean the most to you?

Lets work out.

Prayer Requests

Here’s the thing about battles men, when you allow Jesus into your life, and trust him as your lord and savior, the battle has already been won.

The blood has been shed and the price has been paid. And victory is yours. God loves us and has big plans for us. I know once I decided to trust him completely, my battles didn’t seem as big.
