Round 1 took turns rolling the 3 dice. Dice 1 – number of exercises, Dice 2 – multiplier, Dice 3 – exercise.
Example, 3,4,4 – 12 burpees.
Did this for each group.
Round 2 – addition then subtraction – Roll 2 dice, add up subtract from 30. Then roll for exercise. Did this for each group. Example – for group 1, someone rolled 1,2,4 – yep, 27 burpees.
Round 3: took turns rolling for each group. 1 dice per group, do all exercises that number. Example, Bert rolled a 4 for group 2. Everyone did 4 of each exercise.
Round 4: each pax rolled 1 dice per group, do that exercise that number. Roll a 4, 4 burpees, then roll a 3, 3 irkins, etc….
Most exercises done per group – burpees, derkins, BBSU.
Just 18 simple exercises.
