Dice work

4 PAX gathered in the gloom, humidity a nice 99%.

Warmup: all IC

  • Hillbillies
  • LBAC fwd
  • LBAC bck
  • Chinooks

The Thang:

Group 1: field

  1. Merkins
  2. squats
  3. Bobby Hurleys
  4. burpees
  5. Mountain Climbers
  6. Monkey Humpers

Group 2: Pavillion

  1. Dips
  2. Derkins
  3. Irkins
  4. Step ups
  5. Calf raised
  6. Noodle Merkins

Group 3: Pavillion

  1. WW1SU
  2. Box cutters
  3. Flutter kicks
  4. BBSU
  5. LBC
  6. Vups

Round 1 took turns rolling the 3 dice.  Dice 1 – number of exercises, Dice 2 – multiplier, Dice 3 – exercise.

Example, 3,4,4 – 12 burpees.

Did this for each group.

Round 2 – addition then subtraction – Roll 2 dice, add up subtract from 30. Then roll for exercise. Did this for each group. Example – for group 1, someone rolled 1,2,4 – yep, 27 burpees.

Round 3: took turns rolling for each group. 1 dice per group, do all exercises that number. Example, Bert rolled a 4 for group 2. Everyone did 4 of each exercise.

Round 4: each pax rolled 1 dice per group, do that exercise that number. Roll a 4, 4 burpees, then roll a 3, 3 irkins, etc….

Most exercises done per group – burpees, derkins, BBSU.

 

Just 18 simple exercises.

Naked moleskin:

Updraft – ALS event, great fundraiser today

Extinguisher – continued conversation around current situation in Jacksonville regarding Covid/vaccine.

Lifo – need to listen to himself, mainly around portion control. Smaller plate might be the key.
