He had planned “help” the pax prepare for the upcoming IPC 2021 and re-live a blast from the past with the very first IPC beatdown; however, he heard about Roddy rolling an ankle at Bifrost so in an act of “mercy”, he resorted to the second ever IPC beatdown. What a guy that Feud is. Well, that wasn’t exactly what the pax were saying during the beat down.

YHC remembers doing week 2 of the inaugural IPC “fondly”. So much so, he remembers never revisiting it at any beatdown since then. Not sure if it was in the exicon prior to this, but it is possible that this is when the man-maker, aka blockbee was born.
Pax performs 25 reps of an exercise followed by a 25-yard run and repeats cycle for 8 minutes. Four sets of exercises with 2-minute breaks between each set. All exercises performed with a Cindy:

How one faces adversity determines if he is a HIM. Do we run and hide? Do we wait for someone else to take care of a problem? Or do we take it head on and face it? Adversity is an opportunity to grow. We may fail at first, but that will only help us learn, and get better if we do not quit.
Great to see that the HIMs today faced the adversity of my beatdown and did not freakin’ quit.
