8 HIMs made a good decision to rise up to the challenge of increasing our heart rate on our run this morning. We completed a brief warmup and then headed to the storage facility for some lap work. Small lap was a faster than normal run pace with a spring down the back stretch. Big lap was a mosey to catch our breath and let our heart rate come down. We completed 5 laps for a total of 3 miles.
Special call out to Tackleberry for being on fire this morning with the sprints, very impressive.
Extra special call out to Terminator for kicking ass on the last sprint and beating everyone.
