Thankfully Bowzer reminded YHC that he had the Q for BOHICA… 15 men showed up for a Free Mens workout & to get better in the gloom. The weather was ideal & spirts were high.
The Pax were prepared & brought Cindy. They were prepared to spend some quality, one on one time with her.
In an unconventional manner YHC called time at 5:30 on the dot & took off running. Not warm up, no stretching… just an easy jog to get the blood flowing. Once we hit the front of the library we took time to pay homage to the Pax that have come before with 30 Monkey Humpers – OYO. Then the journey continued back to be reunited with Cindy. The Pax were instructed to pick up their love block and drop her (ever so gently) “on the line” & to meet YHC in the middle of the field.
Once Cindy was resting ever so peacefully the pax formed a circle for a warm up. After a few simple exercises 20 burpees (10 extra for a tardy individual) we were off to the gazebo… many of our HIM’s found Cindy in the gloom & expected to immediately be reunited but alas, now wasn’t the time. It was time instead to bear crawl the entire expanse of the field. Was it 75 yards? 100? Dare I say 101??? Regardless of the distance all of the pax without question attacked the bear crawl as if their life depended one. After jogging back to the line, we again shunned Cindy as she sat quietly in the gloom.
Now it was time to get to work with Supersets!

Quick jog to the playground for burpees & pull ups for time. 10 of each… as many as you can. I think most pax knocked out 30 of each.
