Bear Crawl down the alley, Lunge to bleachers
-Dirkins, Incline Merkins, and Step-ups on bleachers
-American Hammers, Hello Dollies, Little Baby Arm Circles (forward and backward)
-Mosey to concession stand where we did the People’s Chair for 60 seconds
-Mosey back to flag
-got in 2.5 miles
