6 pax joined YHC on a beautiful Thanksgiving weekend Saturday morning. The inspiration for todays workout was based on the 12 days of Christmas song sprinkled with monkey humpers, pickle pounders and burpees.

WarmUP: SSH x10 IC, The reacher x10 IC, DD calf stretch OYO, Peter Parker x5 OYO, mosey parking lot 400M.

The thang: 12 rounds with each adding 1 set of exercises

Round 1 – 1 bear crawl/crawl bear from curb to end of square around the flag

Round 2 – 2 stair laps, 1 bear crawl/crawl bear from curb to end of square around the flag

Round 3 – 3 superman/bananas, 2 stair laps, 1 bear crawl/crawl bear from curb to end of square around the flag

Round 4 – 4 spin squats, 3 superman/bananas, 2 stair laps, 1 bear crawl/crawl bear from curb to end of square around the flag

Round 5 – 5 HR merkins, 4 spin squats, 3 superman/bananas, 2 stair laps, 1 bear crawl/crawl bear from curb to end of square around the flag

Round 6 – 6 BBS, 5 HR merkins, 4 spin squats, 3 superman/bananas, 2 stair laps, 1 bear crawl/crawl bear from curb to end of square around the flag

Round 7 – 7  plank shoulder taps, 6 BBS, 5 HR merkins, 4 spin squats, 3 superman/bananas, 2 stair laps, 1 bear crawl/crawl bear from curb to end of square around the flag

Round 8 – 8 SSH, 7  plank shoulder taps, 6 BBS, 5 HR merkins, 4 spin squats, 3 superman/bananas, 2 stair laps, 1 bear crawl/crawl bear from curb to end of square around the flag

Round 9 – 9 monkey humpers, 8 SSH, 7  plank shoulder taps, 6 BBS, 5 HR merkins, 4 spin squats, 3 superman/bananas, 2 stair laps, 1 bear crawl/crawl bear from curb to end of square around the flag

Round 10- 10 burpees, 9 monkey humpers, 8 SSH, 7  plank shoulder taps, 6 BBS, 5 HR merkins, 4 spin squats, 3 superman/bananas, 2 stair laps, 1 bear crawl/crawl bear from curb to end of square around the flag

Round 11 – 11 pickle pounders, 10 burpees, 9 monkey humpers, 8 SSH, 7  plank shoulder taps, 6 BBS, 5 HR merkins, 4 spin squats, 3 superman/bananas, 2 stair laps, 1 bear crawl/crawl bear from curb to end of square around the flag

Round 12 – 12 Inchworms, 11 pickle pounders, 10 burpees, 9 monkey humpers, 8 SSH, 7  plank shoulder taps, 6 BBS, 5 HR merkins, 4 spin squats, 3 superman/bananas, 2 stair laps, 1 bear crawl/crawl bear from curb to end of square around the flag

COT – Prayers for D-day and his family and for healing of his father Larry, Shooters friend Devin and his family after his passing at a young age, safe travels
