Workout: partner up- PAX1 does a lap around parking lot. PAX2 does farmers carry with Cindy, 10 shoulder shrugs, 10 flutter kicks with Cindy. REPEAT 3x

mosie: Indian run to wall. Incline merkins, calf raises, dips. Slow mosie back to flag.
