11 HIMs joined the QIC to complete the goal of running 3.5 miles and to “Leave No Man Behind”. Our dual mission was accomplished and we were all better men because of our determination, grit and grind. Way to go men. Thanks for allowing me to lead.
Warm up – Stretch (we all need to do more of this daily)
Thang – Run to the turf field and bang out the required miles. Pax returned to the COT for a final stretch (did I say we need to do more of this? Yes. A long loose muscle is less likely to break or be injured so make it a point to stretch more, Aye).
