- When: 01/24/2022
- QIC: Wasted
- The PAX: Prunetang, Dollar Bill, Hat Trick, Terminator
Disclaimer:
Wasted welcomed 4 other pax – Prunetang, Terminator, Dollar Bill, and Hat Trick – to the F3 beatdown, a free, volunteer peer-led workout on a gloomy 32 degree morning. Not being at all a professional, I had no knowledge of any injuries or fitness levels, so it was each individual’s responsibility to exercise safe and modify as necessary to avoid injury.
F3 stands for Fitness, Fellowship and Faith.
Message:
F3 has 5 core principles– Free, Open to all Men, Held Outdoors, Peer-Led, end with COT
Peer Led is what the LDP – Leadership Development Process is all about!
Great Leaders develop new Leaders. While leadership is critical to all Groups, Leaders are always in short supply in most Groups because only a few Groups employ a systematic Leadership Development Process. What separates those few Groups from the rest is simple: they are led by great Leaders.
The LDP has four steps: schooling (Q source, grow school, Q-school), apprenticeship (co-Q, postive habit transfer, learn how), opportunity (Q’s peer led, practical demonstration, site Q’s) and failure (allow it to fail, we aren’t punitive, not gonna be perfect 1st time).

ChristianPrayer:
Father, help us to become the leaders you call us to be through deeper relationships, point the way forward for others and be the leaders in our homes and communities you know we can be. Just as Jesus did not come to be served, but to serve, and to sacrifice his life as ransom for many, and leave no one behind, just as he did not leave anyone behind.
