MESSAGE

Importance of Preparedness (this week’s QSource point) using Tom Brady’s example over his 22-year Hall of Fame career

Whether it’s training, nutrition, recovery, etc., Tom Brady wrote the book on being prepared.

For us, being prepared physically and mentally for the expected and unexpected is so important as life happens.

To be great leaders, we must be prepared.
