Line up across from your partner each partner has their own Cindy. Manmakers until you or your partner fails, sprint to the concession entrance, toy soldier to the first pole, sprint to the building, 20 LBC’s, 20 step-ups, 20 arm dips, sprint back to the blocks. Bent-over rows until you or your partner fails, repeat the concession drill, sprint back to the blocks. Grave-Diggers until the group fails, repeat the concession drill, sprint back to the blocks. One volunteer — Zamboni was quick on the draw, Curls for the gurls until Zamboni fails, repeat the concession drill. Kettle block swings until the group fails, Sprint to concession, 20 LBC’s, Sprint to the blocks. Mosey with the blocks back to the circle.
