Warmup: SSH, Reacher, MP, Air Presses, Limp, Arm Stretches, Shoulder Tap, Mountain Climber, Mosey
(1) 5 Burpees, 10s of Merkins, LBCs, and Plank Jacks- Run 50 yards – 10 HR merkins, 20 Mountain Climbers, 10 Big boys, 10 Squats – Run 50 yards – Rinse and Repeat for 30 minutes
(2) Sprints followed by core work (flutter kicks, planks, Catalina Wine Mixers)
