The Thang….stretching, block work, 4 sets of crazy 8’s dead lifts, squats, overhead press, run a lap, and a warm up exercise.
4 sets of Biceps, run a lap, warm up exercise . Line up each Pax 1 man bear crawls all others exercise concentrating on glutes and abs.
Cool down . COT prayers spoken and unspoken .
