YHC wasn’t quite sure what to expect this morning. The weather forecast consistently called for a 90-100% change of rain (no big deal, rain or shine, right?). The other wild card was TPC Volunteer parking. Not being sure to expect, YHC had two workouts in his back pocket. 3 other PAX joined me for a fun, wet workout.

Warmup
– SSH x 10 (IC)

– Arm Cirlces (both ways) x 10 IC
– Mosey to concession stand near bear crawl hall.
The Thang
– I knew it was coming, so we went ahead and got on our 6 and completed 25 LBCs, 25, BBSU, 25 Flutter kicks (count 1 leg), 25 hello dollys.
– to the bleachers- 25 Irkins, 25 step-ups (each leg- 50 total), 25 dips.
– Dora 1
– Partner 1: Run down bear crawl hall to just before parking lot
– Partner 2: Start exercises: 100 merkins, 200 LBCs, 300 squats
– back on your 6 to complete: 25 LBCS, 25 BBSU, 25 Flutter kicks (count 1 leg), 25 hello dollys.
– Dora 2
– Partner 1: Run down bear crawl hall to just before parking lot.
– Partner 2: Start exercises: 50 burpees, 100 alternating shoulder taps, and 200 monkey humpers.
– the bleachers- 25 irkins, 25 step-ups (each leg- 50 total), 25 dips.
– 1 minute plank
– back to circle for cool down stretches.
