7 pax joined YHC on a comfortable Ides of March morning. Brief stretch included: SSH x10 IC, The reacher x 10 IC, Down Dog OYO, Peter Parker OYO, 1 minute OYO.
The thang: Run to base of bridge, split into 2 groups for bridgicides, 1st, 2nd and 3rd lightposts (Sprint up/ mosey down.) Indian Run to water’s edge on west side of bridge, alternate between sprint and mosey every light post back to base of bridge. Mosey back to flag and dodge the pack of wild hogs roaming across the Cross Water parking lot. 8 started and 8 returned for the COT.
