5 Pax made it out to Asgard this morning for an obstacle course style beatdown. Weather was good but the field was still a little damp from the rain earlier in the week. Big shout out to Woodshed for naming this beat down, as YHC was too lazy the night before to come up with a good name. After a short warm-o-rama consisting of the usual suspects (SSH, Don Quixote, Reachers, arm circles, etc), the Pax got to work
THE THANG
1. 25 merkins at the shovel flag, then run approximately 25 yards to a set up of 4 corners
2. 4 corners with 10 Bobby Hurley’s at each cone (alternate between side shuffle and backwards run to travel to next cone)
3. run from 4 corners to the playground to do 10 pull-ups and 10 chin-ups
4. Run from the playground to the memorial wall( maybe 1/4 to 1/3 mile away) to do 10 burpees, run back to shovel flag to….
rinse and repeat until time (50 minutes)
