A few things to leave you with:

  • From the stats there are a lot of people around us struggling with mental health.  By having shield locks we can build relationships with men to share with.
  • Suicide is the 10th leading cause of death in America.  The percentage of men committing suicide is far greater than women.
  • Suicide is the 10th leading cause of death in America.
  • 22 veterans commit suicide EVERY DAY.

“Mental pain is less dramatic than physical pain, but it is more common and also more hard to bear. The frequent attempt to conceal mental pain increases the burden: it is easier to say ‘My tooth is aching’ than to say ‘My heart is broken.’   C.S Lewis

Prayers for the family members mentioned struggling with mental health issues, for Tazz family, for Heisenberg, my neighbor Colin Jaeger & Squeege’s friend from church battling cancer.  Prayers for the men in the circle to willing to share and listen as needed with our family members, friends and fellow pax.
