QIC had March 26th circled on his calendar back in November as a target date to once again Q. While not yet completely released yet from the doctor, QIC decided to focus on lower body and cardio, hoping to provide an adequate BD for the HIMs. This did happen to be QIC’s 55th birthday, but QIC decided to focus on the BD, men and not himself! Fortunately, 20 HIMs including 2 FNG’s showed up on a nice cool Saturday morning ready to get after it! Welcome Bieber and Barndoor!
